Mr. Hardie is President Brunswick Bowling & Billiards having assumed the responsibilities in February 2006. Most recently President Bowling Retail Mr. Hardie was responsible for the management and performance of more than 100 Brunswick-owned and operated bowling centers around the world. He had held that position since 1998. Mr. Hardie had originally joined Brunswick in 1997 as Senior Vice President Brunswick Indoor Recreation Group.
During his tenure at Brunswick its bowling operations steadily expanded as well as broadened its appeal through the introduction of the Brunswick Zone concept which are larger centers that offer a wider variety of recreational choices in addition to bowling.
Prior to Brunswick Mr. Hardie had distinguished himself in the restaurant industry serving as President of Kettle Restaurants Inc. from 1995 to 1997 and serving in a number of positions of increasing responsibility with Denny’s Inc. from 1981 to 1995 the last of which was Vice President International Operations and Franchising. Mr. Hardie has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. |
