Mr. Keister has over 30 years of consulting and management experience in the domestic and international construction industry. Mr. Keister has experience on a wide range of project types and building systems in both the public and private sectors with various project delivery methods. He has successfully managed projects through all stages of design and construction, including presentation of proposal packages, preparing and negotiating contracts and agreements, estimating, planning and performing on-site production, and resolution of claims and disputes. Mr. Keister has claims experience on various project types and issues with claim values in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Keister has testified in state and federal courts as well as arbitration hearings and mediation conferences throughout the United States.
