Dr. Hausman is Professor of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University and by courtesy at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He specializes in operations management, production planning, inventory control, and distribution systems planning. His current research involves integrated supply chain management and manufacturing/marketing interfaces. He founded and directed Stanford's executive program on Effective Management of Production Operations. He is also the founder of Supply Chain Seminars a leading provider of top-quality executive education. Founded in 1993, the company was created to allow leading researchers in the field of supply chain management from Stanford University to interact with the industry. Dr. Hausman has served as the Vice President / President Elect of Operations Research Society of America. Dr. Hausman has a BA from Yale University and a PhD is Industrial Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) |
