Mr. Siemers has over 25 years of International Operations experience working with leading edge technology companies. Including 19 years in New Factory Development and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering in which he has directed and controlled factory development in many countries e.g. United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Korea, China, Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan and Europe.
Mr. Siemers is also the founder and CEO of StratoTech Corporation which specializes in Operations Management using and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles. He is the author of StratoTech Corporations Lean Manufacturing courses (which are certified for credit hours towards degrees in both undergraduate and graduate level studies at Colorado State University). StratoTech has taught many thousands of students in corporations, governments and universities internationally, in the areas of Operations, Lean Manufacturing and Life Cycle Management. He is also a designer and inventor of Controlled Environmental Technologies, including the patent holder & inventor of the TF-3000 series mini-environment products and Senior Member of Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST). |
