Warren D. Smith, III, is President of Q10 | Vista Commercial Mortgage Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the firm in addition to his role as a loan production officer. Mr. Smith previously was a vice president responsible for commercial loan origination at Mid-South Financial Corporation. Mr. Smith began his real estate career in 1987 with Massachusetts Mutual Real Estate Investment, where he was trained in Springfield and then transferred to the Atlanta regional Office. During his tenure in Atlanta, he generated over $125 million in new real estate investments. He left MassMutual in 1990 to attend the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. After receiving his MBA from Duke in 1992, Mr. Smith worked in the instititutional bank of NationsBank in Dallas, Texas, specifically assigned to the Energy Department. Warren Smith is a graduate of the University of the South (Sewanee, Tennessee). In 1998, he was named one of Nashvilles most influential people under 40 by Business Nashville magazine. |
