Mr. Hutchison is a shareholder in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on the defense of individual professionals and professional corporations, including attorneys, accountants, investment advisors, real estate brokers architects, engineers, and surveyors, in federal and state courts, before administrative and arbitration tribunals, and in non-binding mediations. Mr. Hutchison also counsels individuals, corporations, and institutional clients on risk management, contract and procurement issues. He has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases in the federal and state courts. Mr. Hutchison has extensive experience in defending companies in commercial disputes and personal Injury actions, brokerage firms and individuals associated with the securities industry, financial institutions in lender liability and credit reporting disputes, and companies charged with environmental liability.
