Warren B. Kanders is an independent investor, financial consultant and is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Armor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AH) a leading manufacturer of security products for law enforcement personnel and the world's largest passenger vehicle armoring manufacturer. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Kanders created and served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Benson Eyecare Corporation, which traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
Mr. Kanders was appointed Executive Chairman of Net Perceptions, Inc. in April 2004.
