Ward P. Feste joined Carlyle Group in 1986. He currently co-manages the Real Estate Practice. He has had success in recruiting in virtually all real estate functions. Ward has completed more than 300 searches in such areas as long and short-term mortgage finance, asset and property management, leasing, development, property acquisitions and sales, and the capital and secondary markets. Prior to joining Carlyle Group, Ward was a partner with an executive search firm specializing in technology marketing and sales positions. Ward has also been active in numerous professional real estate associations including the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the Pension Real Estate Association. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Alumni Club of Chicago and is the Founder and Past President for the Indiana University Real Estate Club of Chicago in conjunction with the IU Center for Real Estate Studies. Ward is also a Board Member for The City of Hope's Real Estate Action Committee (REACH). Ward received a BS from Indiana University in Business, with concentrations in real estate, marketing and management. |
