Ward Nelson has 22 years of experience in the areas of business and health care law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and contracts. He represents a public soft drink bottling company in connection with domestic and international bank financings and the acquisition of soft drink beverage bottlers. He also represents a regional nonprofit hospital and numerous physician groups with respect to ongoing operations, regulatory compliance and health care contracts.
