Wanza Berry, Director of Operations, provides strategic leadership in organizational and departmental operations to enhance internal productivity and accuracy, ensure quality control and overall operational efficiency of backend administrative and warehouse processes. Additionally, Wanza manages the sales support, inventory and warehouse teams. Joining Hotlink in 1999, Wanza gained experience in accounting, in the warehouse and as an executive assistant; followed by promotions to Office Manager and then to Director of Sales Support and Customer Service. These experiences imparted to Wanza a well-rounded understanding of Hotlink operations and a true appreciation for the needs of its customers and employees. |
