Wanda Oliver, West Boca Office Manager joined Ear, Nose and Throat Associates of South Florida in 1987. She has over 30 years of healthcare experience in all areas of managing a medical group practice including opening new offices and building and operating accredited surgery centers. Wanda’s current area of responsibilities include overall office management, office personnel supervision, surgery scheduling, charge and payment posting, and accounts receivable management. Wanda has attended numerous educational conferences and seminars throughout her career on a wide variety of topics including medical billing, medical management, human resources, OSHA, HIPAA and accounts receivable management. |
