Wanda Cahill is responsible for negotiating win-win client agreements, as well as win-win agreements with partners and vendors. In addition, Wanda manages all other legal matters on behalf of Carlson Marketing through her legal team at Carlson Marketing and their specialized partners within Carlson Companies’ legal department, including intellectual property issues, employee relations matters, litigation, acquisitions and other corporate work. Prior to joining Carlson Marketing, Wanda provided in-house legal counsel to Ernst & Young International, from its offices in Moscow, Russia. Before working for Ernst & Young, Wanda worked as in-house legal counsel for a technology company located in Minneapolis, MN. Wanda earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota School of Law with Distinction and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Montana. |
