Walter VanBuskirk is a partner in the Corporate Department of our Boston office. His practice focuses on the representation of companies at all stages of development from startups to public companies. With expertise in corporate and securities law, Mr. VanBuskirk represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, general business and finance matters. Mr. VanBuskirk represents companies in a variety of industries, including technology (software, electronics, telecommunications), real estate (REITs, development and finance companies, tenant-in-common sponsors) and finance (lending institutions, insurance companies). He advises these companies in many aspects of their businesses, including debt and equity financings, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
