Walter began his retail career with Anderson - Little Company, a manufacturer/retailer of men’s and women’s tailored clothing, holding various management positions including store manager, district manager and national leasing manager. In 1987, he was promoted to Vice President - Human Resources at Richman Brothers Company, the parent company of Anderson Little. In 1993 he was promoted to Assistant Vice President Senior Director Human Resources of Woolworth Corporation, the predecessor company to Foot Locker Inc. where he was employed until 2002 when he joined Marc-Allen Associates, a nationwide executive search firm. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Husson College in Bangor, Maine. |
