Mr. Kornbluh joined the Company in May 1997 and became a director in April 1998. Mr. Kornbluh is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the States of California and New York. For the past 10 years he has been the President and majority owner of Workout Specialist Inc., a firm that specializes in assisting companies with financial problems. He spent 17 years as President of Marathon Office Supply, Inc., a public company whose stock was listed on the American Stock Exchange. |
