Function:
In this role Walter is responsible for the planning and implementation of numerous processes designed to improve operating efficiency, increase productivity and profitability, and optimize TDS service levels. He reports to, and works closely with, the CEO and Executive team to continue to grow the organization and service offering. He plays a key role in maintaining and supporting the existing corporate culture through evolution and change.
Background:
Prior to joining TDS Walter served as EVP and General Manager for Valeo Electical Systems Inc.
Mr. Kneuer worked in various senior management positions throughout the Valeo Group and previously with TRW Inc.
He has broad operating experience within the global 1st tier automotive and commercial vehicle supply industry. His strengths include building strong teams and improving business performance through implementation of lean manufacturing, quality and strategic planning initiatives.
Experience:
Walter brings more than 30 years of Operations Management experience to TDS.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, and Global Management qualifications from Thunderbird International School of Business in Phoenix, Arizona. |
