Walter Haag, BS, MS is LHI's Periodic Health Assessment (PHA) Program Director.
Mr. Haag comes to LHI with more than 37 years of experience in the United States Army, Army Medical Department. Most recently, Mr. Haag served as Colonel and Director of Reserve Affairs, Office of the Surgeon General.
Mr. Haag was recently awarded the Legion of Merit with one Oak Leaf Cluster from the U.S. Army and was appointed to the Order of the 88th Division from the 88th Regional Readiness Command at Fort Snelling, MN.
Mr. Haag holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Midland Lutheran College, Fremont, NE. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Education Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Mr. Haag also attended the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, PA.
