Mr. Noce has served as a Director of the Company since August 2005. Mr. Noce is Vice Chairman of Childrens Hospital Los Angeles of which he had been president and CEO since July 1995. Prior to joining Childrens Hospital Mr. Noce worked for the St. Joseph’s Health System of Orange California in several executive capacities from 1987 to 1994. Mr. Noce has served on numerous California health care committees and boards including the California Workforce Investment Board. Mr. Noce received his bachelor’s degree in biology from La Salle University and a master’s degree in hospital administration from the University of California at Los Angeles. |
