Walter S. Ciciora has been an independent consultant for companies in the cable television, consumer electronics and telecommunications industries since October 1993. Previously, he was Vice President of Technology of Time Warner Cable. He serves as an expert witness in patent cases. Dr. Ciciora is a cofounder of EnCamera Sciences Corp, sold in 2000, and Addressable Television Network. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, a Fellow of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, and a Fellow of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.
Dr. Ciciora holds a B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago. |
