Mr. Fredericks has served as a director of Matritech since July 2003. Mr. Fredericks is currently a member of, and is responsible for the financial affairs of, Adirondack Boat, LLC, a distributor of electronic boats. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Fredericks served as president, chief executive officer and director of Lifecodes Corporation, a forensics DNA testing company. Mr. Fredericks was the founder of, and from 1993 to 2001, served as chief executive officer and director of Electronic Instruments International, a company focused on creating products to enhance long distance electric power distribution. From 1989 to 1997, he also served as a director of DIANON Systems, Inc., a publicly traded oncology marketing and database company. |
