Walter M. Lovenberg, Ph.D., - formerly an Executive President and member of the Board of Directors of Marion Merrell Dow Inc.(1989-1993). Dr. Lovenberg served as President of the Marion Merrell Dow Research Institute (1989 - 1993) and Vice President (1986 - 1989). Dr. Lovenberg has received the Fulbright-Hayes Senior Scholar Award, the Public Health Service Superior Service Award and the Third International Award for Research on Adult Diseases. Dr. Lovenberg currently is President of Lovenberg Associates and has positions on a number of biotechnology boards. Dr. Lovenberg has been a director since 1994 and a consultant to the Corporation since 1993. |
