Background and Experience: Mr. Harvey represents major corporations and government entities in matters throughout Florida and the United States. He also has litigated complex, commercial cases concerning toxic torts, the environment, products liability, telecommunications, franchise agreements, condominium developments and construction. In such cases, Mr. Harvey has represented diverse entities such as municipalities, electric utilities, a national professional toolmaker, an office furniture company and condominium associations. Mr. Harvey is AV? rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has also devoted a substantial part of his practice to federal class-actions, environmental mass torts, voting rights and civil rights cases. Mr. Harvey worked on the post-2000 presidential election cases and several post-2000 voting rights cases, successfully arguing before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
