Mr. Cook served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Vytek Corporation from its inception in 2000 until its merger with California Amplifier (NASDAQ: CAMP) in April 2004. Prior to 2000, Mr. Cook founded Cook & Co., a provider of financial software consulting solutions for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Mr. Cook has been a partner with Baglivi & Cook, an accounting and tax firm, since 1995. During 1996, Mr. Cook was employed with GE Capital Information Technology Solutions, Inc. as an accounting manager and later provided consulting services to the company. |
