Walter F. McArdle graduated from Auburn University in 1983, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Economics. He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1986, where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Alabama Law Review. He is a former law clerk for U.S. District Judge Robert E. Varner, Middle District of Alabama. Mr. McArdle has been a speaker at numerous seminars on the subjects of Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Security Interests, Collections and Real Estate, and he has published articles on corporate liability and zoning issues in Alabama in the Alabama Lawyer and Alabama Law Review. Mr. McArdle practices primarily in the fields of Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Appeals, Secured Transactions and Bankruptcy. Mr. McArdle is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and has achieved an AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell. |
