A Board Certified Radiologist, Dr. Wojcicki brings a unique and impressive educational background to Midtown Imaging. A native of New Jersey, Dr. Wojcicki received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Virginia School of Engineering & Applied Science. He continued his education at the University of Virginia earning his Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering. He was awarded a full scholarship to complete his Doctorate of Medicine and Ph.D. in Molecular Physiology and Biophysics at Vanderbilt School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee.Dr. Wojcicki completed his residency in Radiology at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, a state of the art facility and renowned for producing recognized leaders in the medical field. Dr. Wojcicki’s residency concentrated on diagnostic radiology and his impressive high tech training and education distinguished him in the field. He served as Chief Resident while at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In addition to Dr. Wojcicki’s impressive educational experience, he was an Analytical Design Engineer, working on the design of military aircraft engines and the Space Shuttle engines.Dr. Wojcicki has authored several publications including Quantified Color Doppler Sonography of Tumor Vascularity in an Animal Model for the Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine.Dr. Wojcicki resides in West Palm Beach with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing the piano. He also enjoys exercise and running and has completed the NY marathon three times. |
