Walter E. Goodlett, Jr. is responsible for the worldwide human resources function involving recruitment services, training and development, benefits and health services for ChannelAdvisor. Prior to ChannelAdvisor Walter served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at RTI International. Prior to RTI International, Walter was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Litton PRC. Walter has also held executive level positions at Frontier Corporation and GE. Walter received a Bachelor of Science from Western Carolina University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is a graduate of GE’s Human Resource Leadership Program and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resources. Walter was designated as a Marine Aviator while serving in the United States Marine Corps. |
