Walter B. Prince is an equity partner of Prince, Lobel with 26 years of trial and management experience. Mr. Prince is a former Assistant United States attorney, and during his tenure was chief of a major prosecution unit. As General Counsel for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), Mr. Prince was responsible for managing all the litigation brought by and against the Authority. Mr. Prince is former two-term president of the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, a member of the American Bar Association and National Bar Association, an adjunct professor of law, and a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has represented Harvard University, The MBTA, Stride, Remington, HMI, and RoxComp in employment matters. |
