Walt Montague has held the position of Vice President and General Counsel of Synygy, Inc. since 1992 and is Synygy's most tenured employee. With 26 years of corporate law experience, Mr. Montague is responsible for managing all of Synygy's legal matters, including client contracts, vendor, employee, and lender agreements, and real estate leases. Mr. Montague has an undergraduate degree in economics from Boston College and a JD from Harvard Law School. |
