Mr. Wally Walter is Vice President of Applications Engineering. He has over 20 years experience in leading the development of complex embedded systems, particularly in wireless data and GPS-tracking applications.Prior to joining MobiApps, Mr. Walter was the Product Team Leader of Qualcomm’s GlobalTRACS tracking/monitoring solution and Director of Product Development at Orbcomm for Caterpillar’s Product Link System. Previously, he led large engineering teams in missile and submarine systems development at Northrop and SAIC.Mr. Walter holds a BS in Computer Engineering from California Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has filed a patent in small file data compression, optimized for wireless applications. |
