Wallace G. Murfit is Senior Investment Officer for First Industrial Realty Trust in San Francisco where he is responsible for identifying and underwriting new acquisitions in Northern California and Seattle. During the past 20 years Mr. Murfit has developed more than 1.8 million square feet of office and industrial properties managed a portfolio of 2.2 million square feet and bought and sold more than $400 million of properties. Prior to joining First Industrial Mr. Murfit held positions as a partner with Jackson-Shaw Company and as Northern California Vice President with WCB Properties. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Murfit holds a BA in economics and political science from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Stanford University. |
