Wally Hilke practices primarily in the areas of shareholder disputes, fraud, corporate governance and employment litigation. He has represented clients in nearly 200 shareholder and securities-fraud disputes, including dissenter’s-rights actions, shareholder-oppression lawsuits and disputes concerning employee-shareholders. He also regularly represents clients in noncompetition and trade-secrets disputes. Wally speaks frequently on minority shareholder issues and is an NASD-approved arbitrator. He is active in community affairs and has presented numerous seminars on investor and shareholder issues.Wally chairs Lindquist & Vennum’s Shareholder Disputes and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He is a past regent of the University of Minnesota and served as committee chairman for two years. He is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s civil litigation section. |
