Leung has served as our director since July 4, 2007. Mr. Leung has extensive experience in auditing and accounting. Concurrent to his directorship with the Company, he is the Chief Financial Officer of Sinobest Technology Holdings Ltd., a position he has held since May 2005. From August 2004 to September 2005, Mr. Leung was the Independent Non-Executive Director for Maxx Bioscience Holdings Ltd. From December 2004 to March 2005, he was the Financial Controller for Pro-Health International Group Ltd. From December 2001 to December 2004, he was the Financial Controller for WLS Holdings Ltd. Mr. Leung graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. He also received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Manchester and the University of Wales. In addition, Mr. Leung will soon receive his Master’s degree in Business with a concentration in Logistics Management from the RMIT University. |
