Wade has 20 years finance and accounting experience in the Broadcasting, Construction and Financial Industries. As Controller for Montecito Broadcast Group, Wade is responsible for overseeing the Business Managers, accounting, budgeting, human resource, and financial reporting functions for each TV station location.

Immediately prior to joining SJL and Montecito Broadcast Group, Wade was the Station Manager / Controller for KSBY-TV, an NBC affiliate in San Luis Obispo, California and has on occasion acted as an interim General Manager for KSBY during his 13 year tenure with the station. Wade also served as Corporate Controller for New Vision Television which managed 4 network TV station properties in California, Minnesota, Texas, and Indiana from 2002 to 2005 when at that time those properties were sold. As having worked for SJL during its ownership of KSBY from 1996 to 2002 Wade has performed due diligence on several station properties and consulted with SJL senior management on an ongoing basis. Wade came to SJL as having been the Controller for KSBY and the NBC affiliate in Salinas California, KSBW.

Before his entry into the Broadcast Industry Wade was the Controller for Santa Lucia Hills, a real estate development company and an Investment Broker with A.G. Edwards. Wade is a 1985 graduate from Cal Poly State University at San Luis Obispo in Business Administration / Finance. He lives in San Luis Obispo, California with his two children.
