Since joining Magellan in 2005, Wade Blackburn has specialized in tenant representation and land sales transactions in the Dallas Fort Worth region. In addition to his own roster of clients, he also provides transaction assistance to the President and Senior Vice President of the firm. His energetic attitude and conscientious work ethic has allowed Wade to better service his clients. Wade has also assisted many clients with eminent domain proceedings. He is experienced in dealing with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), and he is also very familiar with the TXDOT relocation plan for tenants displaced by State/Local transportation projects. After graduating with a finance degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, Wade Blackburn joined Magellan Commercial Realty, Inc, Prior to joining the firm, Wade worked four years as a part-time associate for Crosson-Dannis, a full service real estate appraisal firm. During that time, he became acquainted with all market areas in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, and he developed a strong sense of the factors that impact and influence current market conditions. Wade was directly involved in market research and evaluation techniques, and he was also involved in various site inspections and Argus analyses for income producing properties. Wade enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, and running. He is single and lives in Dallas.
