Wade Davis is an associate in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Mankato office, where his practice focuses on business, commercial and employment litigation. He has represented clients in numerous administrative and arbitration proceedings, and he has litigated a wide array of business and employment disputes at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts.
Wade has successfully represented clients in a variety of business disputes including partnership and shareholder disputes, and claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Wade has also successfully represented employers in a wide-array of employment matters including claims involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Minnesota Human Rights Act, breach of contract, covenants not to compete, discrimination, whistleblowing, defamation, and various other statutory and tort claims under state and federal law.
Wade has been recognized by his peers as a "Rising Star" in Minnesota Law & Politics.
