A graduate of Ontario Veterinary College, Dr. Coombs initially practiced in England where he received his Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) status. He has worked in equine and small animal medicine in the U.S. and Canada, and now owns Eglinton Veterinary Facilities in Toronto. Dr. Coombs has authored articles for veterinary journals, pet magazines, and newspapers, including his own syndicated column. He serves on many professional executive boards and committees within the veterinary industry, and consults with numerous national and international pharmaceutical and veterinary industry corporations. |
