Mr. Miller is a Principal of CF & Co., L.L.P, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants. He has over twenty-five years of comprehensive business experience in the various capacities of certified public accountant, corporate officer and director, principal and professional consultant. Sandy has assisted emerging companies and their owners in initiating, analyzing, and creating financial models for private financing transactions and has a broad range of experience in business, tax and accounting advice as well as experience in the acquisition of exploratory oil and gas leases for development. Sandy has earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979. He served as President and Principal of Miller Hays Romine, P.C. ("MHR") until it combined with CF & Co., L.L.P. in February of 2002. Sandy is a member of the TSCPA. |
