William C. Hammett Jr. age 61 was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pegasus Solutions Inc. in November 2006 after serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pegasus since May 2001 and as a director of Pegasus and its predecessor companies since June 1992.
From June 1992 to September 1997 Mr. Hammett served as Senior Vice President and CFO of La Quinta Inns Inc. Also from October 1995 to May 1998 Mr. Hammett served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pegasus and from May 1998 to March 2001 Mr. Hammett served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pegasus.
From December 2001 to April 2006 Mr. Hammett served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dave & Buster’s Inc. a retail restaurant and entertainment company. Mr. Hammett also served as a director of Carreker Corporation from July 2006 to April 2007.
Currently Mr. Hammett serves on the Board of Trustees for the Development Foundation of the University of South Carolina. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. |
