Mr. Smelyansky was founder and CEO of XCast Labs. He has more than twenty years of leadership experience in the deployment and development of cutting edge technologies, which spans image and voice recognition, real time TCP/IP networking, telephony and VoIP communications. Most recently, Mr. Smelyansky led the four year product development of the unified communications technology provided by Webley Systems, one of the industry's leaders in the convergent technology industry. Mr. Smelyansky and the team he led also conceptualized and developed the first ever SIP-based Unified Communications system. Mr. Smelyansky is an experienced entrepreneur and founder of start-up initiatives, including XCast Labs and Digisoft, Inc, which provided consulting professional services to such companies as Price Waterhouse, TDK Corporation, Anderson Consulting (Accenture), Unisys, United Airlines, Office Max and other Fortune 100 companies. |
