Vivien Joklik is Vice President, Worldwide Marketing & Order Fulfillment for the Worldwide Commercial and Consumer Division of Deere & Company. Joklik is responsible for all worldwide activities, customer relationship management, e-commerce, and order fulfillment for the division.
Joklik joined John Deere in 2001, after a successful 13-year career at Hasbro, Inc., where she progressed through a variety of marketing roles, rising to the position of Group Executive, U.S. Toys Strategic & Business Planning. On joining Deere, she was appointed Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Worldwide Commercial & Consumer Equipment Division. She was named to her current position in 2004.
Joklik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and German from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She is a member of the North Carolina Department of Computer Science Advisory Board, the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Marketing Advisory Board, and the Durham Academy Alumni Association Board.
