Ms. Liu was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in June 2006 and had served as Executive Vice President since December 2005. Ms. Liu was Vice President C.F.O. and Secretary from 1995 to 2005. She also has served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs. Ms. Liu served as C.E.O. of the Company from May 1994-March 1995 and Treasurer from September 1995 to September 1997 and 1999-2005. From 1985 to 1994 she was the Commercial Attachee with the Delegation of Quebec in Los Angeles responsible for business development projects for the medical pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Ms. Liu has a Masters in Finance from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in international trade from UC Berkeley. |
