Vivian Krenzke began her independent HR consulting business in 1995 in a company that is now known as Advanced HR Solutions, Inc. She has worked at a variety of clients including Wisconsin Electric (providing recruitment strategy and technical recruiting services for the Information Resources Department from 11/94 4/95 and the NPBU (Nuclear Power Business Unit) from 12/94 11/96), Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce, and Case Corp., exceeding expectations in areas such as: high volume technical recruiting, project management, diversity recruiting and training facilitation.Vivian began her Human Resources career at MOORE Business Forms where she progressed through a variety of HR disciplines including: compensation and benefits, EEO, and employment. She worked for nearly four years at Wisconsin Electric Power Company where she managed the Engineer’s Professional Development Program, college recruiting and student employment programs, and placement of experienced engineers and computer professionals in all departments of the company. After working at Wisconsin Electric, Vivian moved on to a position at Johnson Controls as a senior recruiter, primarily responsible for technical recruiting including I.T., and engineering professionals, as well as designing and implementing a nationwide college recruiting program.Vivian has a bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration, Administrative Management and Music Performance, as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree. She is certified by EEI (Edison Electric Institute) as a Testing Administrator and Testing Coordinator. |
