As the Director of Human Resources at Synechron, Vivian is responsible for providing and implementing quality Human Resource practices and programs. Working out of the Pune office, Vivian oversees People Practices, Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Career Development initiatives and helps promote Synechron's core values and ethos. Vivian joined Synechron in January 2006. He holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management. He has over 11 years of experience in Human Resource Management in the IT industry, having headed the HR functions of Tech Mahindra in the US before joining Synechron. Prior to this, Vivian was the Senior Manager Human Resources at Sybase. |
