Vivian practices in the areas of business litigation and employment. She has experience in commercial and business litigation matters involving a wide variety of issues, such as contract, trade secret, unfair competition, eminent domain and lender liability. She has also represented employers in a variety of matters, including wage hour and discrimination.
Vivian graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999, where she was named Order of the Coif and served as a Comments Editor with the San Diego Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Broadcast Journalism (honors) and International Relations, from the University of Southern California in 1996. |
