Mr. Shaiva joined La Quinta in 2007. Prior to joining the company he was Senior Vice President Enterprise Architecture for the management company that handles mergers and acquisition for The Blackstone Group's real estate portfolio where he oversaw projects related to information technology architecture systems integration and process optimizations. He also served as the Director of Software Architecture at NBC Universal-GE New York providing leadership to many enterprise-wide information systems projects. Prior to that he led many large scale IT consulting assignments including lead architect at Sotheby's New York and technology leadership roles at several leading organizations in the telecom financials and travel industries. |
