Vivek has over 16 years of IT industry experience and has been one of the core members of the Renaissance product team in his initial years. He was also instrumental in setting up the offshore competency center in India that provides a competitive edge to STG's product offering. Vivek has a strong delivery focus, excellent client handling skills and has managed to build high performance teams throughout his career. Vivek has rejoined STG after a break of around 3 years during which he was with Rapidigm India (now Fujitsu Consulting India) and managed their E-Business practice. Vivek's overall responsibility today is in managing delivery from the offshore center and building best practices for product development and knowledge management. He works closely with the onshore management team to integrate the offshore component into the STG delivery model. Vivek has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
