Mr. Mitria has been focused on providing corporate strategic planning, finance and management consulting services to a variety of businesses and their owners since 1989. He has worked extensively with the owners and managers of under-performing companies in the development of operational and strategic plans that focus on returning companies to positive cash flow and sustainable profitability. Vito has also been responsible for the closing of numerous purchase and divestiture transactions and has raised capital for both growth and turnaround situations. Mr. Mitria joined Fort Dearborn in 1993 after a 6-year career with McGladrey & Pullen, a national audit and consulting firm that focuses on serving the needs of middle market companies. During this period, Vito's focus was on valuation and transaction advisory services for acquisition and divestiture engagements. He also conducted numerous audits to clientele in diverse industries. Mr. Mitria received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from DePaul University and his Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. Vito is a Certified Public Accountant. |
