Vito has been advising middle market business owners in acquisition and divestiture transactions for the past 15 years. Vito has led over 20 sell-side and buy-side transactions across diverse industries including food distribution, industrial manufacturing, paper processing, plastic injection molding, and consumer product retailing. In a number of these transactions, Vito has helped raise senior debt, subordinated debt and equity capital as well as restructured existing debt obligations. Vito is also a partner at Fort Dearborn Partners, Fort Dearborn Advisors' management consulting affiliate. Prior to joining Fort Dearborn Partners, Vito worked for the merger and acquisition division of a national accounting and consulting firm where he was responsible for originating and executing acquisition and divestiture transactions as well as providing business valuation advice. Vito earned a BS in accounting from DePaul University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago. Vito is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
