Virginia Franco serves as Senior Vice President in the firm’s Mexico City office. Prior to joining DHR, Virginia spend over 20 years with a leading Mexico-based consulting group where she was responsible for executive searches both at national and international level for multinational companies in Mexico, USA, South America and Europe. She has ample experience in personnel recruitment, selection, placement and appraisal, acquired throughout twenty-five years of professional development in the human resources and administrative areas and has extensive experience in the development of new potential customers and new positions with existing customers. Virginia has carried out extensive analyses of industry compensation standards, has designed objectives-based bonus programs to enable clients establishing a more competitive position in compensations, and has also carried out detailed verifications of main candidates’ credentials and developed new businesses establishing strong and close relationships with client corporations. Virginia holds a BA in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She also earned a Leadership Development for Competitiveness Diploma from Pennsylvania University and has received specific training in the Human Resources area, in particular in Benchmarking, Career Path, Leadership, Internet and Human Resources Systems both in Mexico and in the USA. She is a fully bilingual Mexican citizen.
