Virginia is a partner in the structured finance practice group. She focuses her practice on mortgage and asset-backed securities, debt instruments, and securitization and business tax issues. Virginia served as a law clerk to The Honorable Gerald B. Hanifan, New Jersey Superior Court from 1996-1997.

Represented trustees in residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Assisted research hospitals and other non-profit organizations with tax, lobbying, and political campaign compliance issues.
